We’re creating centres across Victoria that foster a lifelong love of learning
At Village Early Education, we partner with our families to ensure your child's lifelong journey of learning is a positive and rewarding one.
We engage only the best educators and go above and beyond to ensure your child’s education experience is rich and rewarding.
As a family owned and operated business, we create state of the art early learning environments that focus on creating an enriching early learning environment for children from 6 weeks to preschool.
We are dedicated to providing the best quality childcare education and kindergarten for children from birth to five years.
We’re dedicated to creating spaces for the meaningful play that help children to grow and thrive through rich learning experiences.
Our Village Develop Program works to build the roots of the child and guides individual life paths distinctively. Every child progresses at their own pace, and we work to guide and transform individuals to realise their greatest potential.
Our village focuses on a language and arts program that is focused on self-esteem, self-efficiency, self-control, self-confidence, self-discipline and empathy.

Our Statement of Commitment to Child Safety
Village Early Education is committed to the safety and wellbeing of all children and young people. We understand our responsibilities and statutory duty of care to comply with both the Victorian Child Safe Standards and the Reportable Conduct Scheme and build our capacity as an organisation to prevent and respond to allegations of
child abuse.
Our Service is committed to implementing and abiding by our Child Safety and Wellbeing Policy that reflects the Victorian Child Safe Standards (2022). It emphasizes our zero tolerance for child abuse and raises awareness about the importance of child safety in our organisation and our communities, which is essential for promoting
healthy and safe learning environments for children.
Village Early Education is dedicated to protecting children from abuse and neglect and promotes a child safe environment which maintains children’s wellbeing. We adhere to our comprehensive Child Protection Policy and recognise, understand and actively follow our mandatory reporting responsibilities to protect children from physical, sexual, emotional and psychological abuse and neglect.
As an organisation, we are dedicated to promoting cultural safety for Aboriginal children, cultural safety for children from culturally and/or linguistically diverse backgrounds, and to providing a safe environment for children with a disability. We value diversity and do not tolerate any discriminatory practices.
Village Early Education is dedicated to the highest standard of child safety, providing a safe and nurturing environment for all children. Our commitment to ongoing professional development regarding Child Safety and Safeguarding for employees will increase and maintain their ability to distinguish and respond to situations of abuse and neglect, ensuring employees are responsive to their responsibilities in keeping children safe.
We are committed to the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child (UNCRC) and the United Nations International Children's Emergency Fund (UNICEF) guidelines. Children should be protected from abuse, neglect, and exploitation. We take a holistic approach to protect the safety of every child enrolled. In addition to creating a safe and secure environment, this involves promoting positive behavior, emotional support, and ensuring appropriate adult-child interactions. We strive to provide children in our care with social and emotional support, teaching them self-awareness and encouraging them to recognise their emotions and those of others. This approach is designed to promote trust, respect, and cooperation among children and adults alike.
As educators we listen to and empower children to act on any concerns, they or others may raise which is reflective in our policies and procedures.
